So, I picked up Babel by R. F. Kuang, my first Dark Academia read, and it blew me away. It dives into heavy themes like colonialism and language, all set in an enchanting Oxford. While some characters felt underdeveloped, the story’s twists and political commentary kept me hooked. Can’t wait for Katabasis!
